From Day to Date

From Day to Date

I love being able to repurpose outfits! In any day, you can have a few events to go to, so why not know some tips and tricks how to wear the same outfit the whole day! This particular day I had running around to do and then I had to meet a friend for dinner. I was up for the day to date challenge! Just because it's a day to date challenge, doesn't mean the date has to be romantic either!  I changed my shoes and accessories, also if you happen to have a clutch on hand, that can go wit you for the date part, if not its ok.

You want to wear bolder accessories for the date or night part of the day. These items will make a statement and stand out. I also threw on wedges and removed my flat sandals. Wedges add height and will make you stand a little bit taller.

Who doesn't want some height? How cute are these Kate Spade wedges with the bow! I love the girly touch they add against the distressed leopard jeans. I love mixing trends and here we are mixing girly and edgy! so fun!

I also threw on a chunky bib necklace from Bauble Bar.

They have a great selection of statement necklaces. This is a fabulous easy way to draw attention up to your face too. You don't want to wear too many accessories when wearing a chunky statement necklace that is why there are minimal bracelets and small studded earrings.

These jeans are fabulous because they are comfortable with the right amount of stretch. The distressing and leopard detailing are unique and different. They can go with so many top options and as you see here, they can easily be worn from day to date. Here they are seen with out favorite Mali fringe top. This top is oversized and so soft, yet it still gives you a shape. The fringe hem adds a little bit of jazz too.

Below is a side by side comparison so you can screenshot for when you need it!

Let me know how you would style this look and also how you take your items from day to date!
